CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY 2025


2025 "Carols of Christmas"

Beginning on Monday, August 11, 2025, we will have our Monday evening fall semester rehearsals for the 2025 "Carols of Christmas" concert, to be performed under the direction of Kerii Boley at Sacred Heart Cathedral in downtown Salina, Kansas, on Thanksgiving Weekend, a great time to kick off the Christma holiday season. We will present our concert on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025, at a time to be determined.


2025 Salina Symphony Christmas Festival 

In mid-December 2025, we will again serve as members of the Salina Symphony chorus for their two bi-annual Christmas Festival concerts on Saturday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 14, at 4 p.m. (THESE DATES & TIMES ARE CONFIRMED.)


SPRING 2026


2026 Salina Choral Festival

The Salina Chorale has performed two choral pieces at the Salina Choral Festival for the past three years, and may be will be involved again in 2026. The date is Monday, March 2, 2026, at a time to be determined (possibly 7 p.m.). The Salina Choral Festival will again be hosted by Kansas Wesleyan University and be presented in Sams Chapel of Pioneer Hall on the KWU campus. Watch for further details


2026 Spring Concert

We will present our 2026 spring concert in the Stiefel Theatre for the Performing Arts in downtown Salina, Kansas, on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 4 p.m. Watch this page for more information as it becomes available. 


Salina Symphony -- Bethoven Ninth Symphony -- May 2 and May 3, 2026

The Salina Chorale will join with the Kansas Wesleyan University Philharmonic Choir to form the chorus for the Salilna Symphony's presentatoin of Ludwig van Beethoven's Ninth Symphony. Performances will be Saturday, May 2, at 7:30 p.m. in the Fox Theatre in downtown Hutchinson, KS, and on  Sunday, May 3 at 4 p.m. at the Stiefel Theatre for the Performing Arts in Salina, KS. 

2025 "Carols of Christmas"

The Salina Chorale 2025 "Carols of Christmas" Concert - Nov. 30

This will be our second "Carols of Christmas" concert, under the leadership of music director, Keri Boley.* (*See the 'Director, Accompanist page for more about her.)


We are blessed to have performed our past six Salina Chorale "Carols of Christmas" concerts have been presented at  Sacred Heart Cathedral in downtown Salina, KS. And again in 2025, we will return to Sacred Heart Cathedral at the end of Thanksgiving Weekend, on Sunday, Nov. 30 -- at a time to be determined. Make plans to light up your Christmas season with this concert. 


Tickets will be available from Salina Chorale members until the Monday before the concert, and then pay at the door just before the concert in the narthex of Sacred Heart Cathedral on concert day. Adults are $15, High School Students are $10, and  younger children are admitted free!

2025 Salina Symphony "Christmas Festival"

We enjoy singing for this beloved community holiday tradition, now presented every other year.

The next Salina Symphony Christmas Festival concerts (with Salina Chorale members in the symphony chorus) will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13 and 4 p.m. Sunday Dec. 14, 2025 (confirmed).


The 2025 Salina Symphony "Christmas Festival" concert performances will be performed in the Steifel Theatre for the Performing Arts in downtown Salina, KS. Members of the Salina Chorale and the KWU Chorale will serve as the symphony chorus during the first half of this concert, and at the grand finale. 


Please join us to celebrate the joy of the season, with the Salina Symphony, and dancers from local dance schools, and more. 


TICKETS FOR THESE 2025 CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL HOLIDAY CONCERTS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FROM THE SALINA SYMPHONY OFFICE.

(2026 Salina Choral Festival

Salina Choral Festival - Monday, March 2, 2026 (time to be announced)

The Salina Choral Festival is a celebration of choral music, and since 2023 featuring the choirs of area high schools, Kansas Wesleyan University, and the Salina Chorale.


Salina Chorale is honored to have participated in this celebration of choral music. and to present two songs to inspire younger singers to continue to enjoy singing choral music throughout their lives. 


The 2026 Salina Choral Festival will be performed on Monday evening, March 2, 2026, at a time to be announced, returnin for a second year to Sams Chapel, in historic Pioneer Hall on the campus of Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, Kansas.  

Salina Chorale 2026 Spring Concert

Our 2026 Spring Concert - Sunday, May 2 (time to be announced)

The 2026 spring concert, guided by our new music director Keri Boley, will be performed on a Sunday afternoon, May 22, with time and location to be announced. 


Watch for further details to be shared here. . 


Tickets will be available from Salina Chorale members until a specific date prior to the concert, and then pay at the venue on concert day just before the concert. Adults are $15, High School Students are $10, and  younger children are admitted free!


Salina Symphony - Beethoven's Ninth Symphony

Serving in the chorus with KWU singers for the Salina Symphony

The Salina Symphony will present Ludwig van Beethoven's Ninth Symphony in Salina and in Hutchinson in early May 2026. Serving as the symphony chorus will be singers from the Salina Chorale and from the KWU Philharmic Choir.  Performancss will be Saturday, May 2, at 7:30 p.m. at the Fox Theatre in downtown Hutchinson, KS, and Sunday, May 3, at 4 p.m. at the Stiefel Theatre for the Performing Arts in Salina, KS. 


Tickets will be made available through the Salina Symphony office and the Fox Theatre office..
